InstantEquity: Buy land | Build your home | Enjoy Instant Equity

Using our InstantEquity Plan, you can enjoy a custom home from as low as $950,000, including land purchase. Working directly with us as builders saves you $75,000-$100,000+ versus buying a house listed on the market. On move-in day, you’ll enjoy immediate equity of at least $100,000!*

New to the Westfield area? Our local resources give us an insider’s track on lots before they go on the market. We can show you several possible sites in Westfield, Cranford, Scotch Plains, Summit, Clark, Watchung, Berkeley Heights, New Providence or Mountainside, but remember, this process takes time! We will find you the perfect lot on which to build your home.

From site selection, to arranging financing, to design and construction, we work closely with you to create your dream home! And you’ll move in within 6-7 months from land purchase.

Here’s how it works:

  • You’re in control. You decide on your all in budget for your dream home, your preferred location and the must-haves and size for your new home.
  • We follow your budget, allocating for land and construction costs, examining designs together.
  • You choose final design with all options and finishes; we’ll provide a detailed plan for approval.
  • We start the process early. First, we’ll help you arrange financing for either the land and/or construction loan and begin your land search. Between our private sellers, exclusive and general agent listings, we’ll help you find the ideal property.
  • We move fast. Since we start early to get all the pieces in place, once we find your home site, we spring into action to ensure you can snap up your dream location immediately.

Considering one of our projects currently in construction?  Upon contract signing, we engage you right away to select all options available from the current stage through the end of the process.  You won’t hear ‘No’ from Premier Design.  After all, whose house is it anyway?
